International Shipping
International shipping (that is, out of France, where we are located) is calculated following the total amount of the order:
- Orders under 20 €: 4 € of shipping costs ;
- Orders from 20 to 50 €: 8 € of shipping costs ;
- Orders from 50 to 100 €: 10 € of shipping costs ;
- Orders over 100 €: 12 € of shipping costs ;
An "Express Shipping" option is available, costing 10 € more than the normal shipping costs.
Returns
In accordance with the French legislation on internet sale, and in particular with the articles L 121-16 and following of the French Code of Consumption, any nonprofessional purchaser has 7 days to consider whether he is sure to proceed to the sale or not.
To use of this right of retractation, it is enough to inform us by writing (registered letter with notice of receipt) and to return us the products by registered mail. The returns that do not conform to this procedure, or carry out in against-refunding, will systematically be refused.
This right of retractation is exerted without penalty, but we will not take in charge the expenses of the return.
It is possible to ask for the refunding of the payment or for exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, re-forwarding will be done at the expenses of the consumer. In the event of retractation, only the products sent back intact, in their original packing, and in a perfect state of resale will be accepted. Every product which will have been damages, or whose packing would have been opened, will be neither refund nor exchanged. In the event of return for refunding, we engage ourselves to carry out refunding within a time inferior or egal to 30 days after the reception of the products. Refunding will be carried out by bank transfer made to the customer who paid the order.
