How do you select the products sold on the MELANCHOLIA RECORDS webshop?
In these times of globalization, cultural loss & music piracy, our goal is to select for you high quality CDs, released in limited edition or with a very unique packaging.
Our partners are all over the world, as we are always looking for the best creative talents and the best quality artists.
How do you ship your products?
For reasons of speed and easyness, our products are generally sent in big and heavily protected kraft pouches. Thus, your order will be directly put in your mailbox.
For voluminous orders, or if you chose the option "Registered Shipping", your order will be sent by registered package.

We send our products all over the world.
Is payment by credit card securised on MELANCHOLIA RECORDS?
Yes, the payment is made directly on the securised website of our partner PAYPAL.
PAYPAL is the specialist of online securised payment, and is used by a lot of other websites selling products online, and particularly by E-Bay.
I don't want to pay by credit card, are there other ways to pay you?
It is possible to communicate us your credit card informations by fax.
Eventually, if that is the only way you wish to pay your order, you can also make a bank transfer. But this takes more time than the securised and quick use of PAYPAL!
If I am not entireley satisfied, what can I do?
On our webshop, as we say in french, customer is the king!
We'll make everything that is possible to satisfy yourself. If unfortunately you were unsatisfied, do not hesitate to contact us in order to explain us the reason why. We'll do our best so that you can finally feel happy with your order.
In conformity with the articles L.121-16 and following of the French Code of Consumption dealing with online sale, you have 7 days from the sale to retract yourself and decide not to order.
If you wish to use this right, you just have to inform us by writing (e-mail, fax or mail) and to send us the products back if you have already received them.
If you send us back the products, be aware that we only take back products that are in a perfect state of resale.
